STEPS TO BOOKING

First step is to ring or email Andrew. You can explain to him the job or jobs you are looking to have done. He can let you know if the work would involve a quote (for bigger projects) or if you have just a few small jobs doing then it would just be an hourly based rate. All decking jobs will need a site visit. This visit is free.

Regardless of the amount of work involved, the first hour is charged at a flat fee £40 plus any materials used. The fee is £40 per hour thereafter broken down into 15 minute intervals. For example 1 hour 15 minutes = £50 . Parking charges (if applicable) plus any materials used will be added to the final bill.

For any hourly based work an estimate on how long the job or jobs should take will be given before the work starts. Please understand that this is not a quotation, it's an estimate. Some jobs can take a little longer or less time than expected. If the job takes less time to complete, then the cost will be adjusted, subsequently the cost of the work would increase if the job or jobs take longer than expected.

To keep costs down Andrew would rather have all the materials you need on site before he arrives. If you are unsure of what you will need he will do his best to offer advice on what you will need to buy before his arrival. If you would like, Andrew can pick up the materials on your behalf, this time will be charged at his hourly rate (£40 per hour). A rough estimate of the time and cost will be given before he does this.

All areas where work has taken place will be left tidy and clean, any waste generated from the job will be bagged up neatly by Andrew and will be disposed of by the customer.

On completion of the job you will receive an invoice by email or for smaller jobs payment can be made with a card reader (a receipt will be given on site). There will be a describtion of the hours taken to complete the job and the materials used. Assuming you are happy with the work Andrew asks for payment on the same day if possible. Parking costs if applicable, will be added to the final invoice
